The controller is ClassicMate (brand: Everlink). Public data and personal data are kept in separate databases.

1. Data and purposes
- Private DB (PRIV): Google sub and email for account login and management.
- Private DB (PRIV): original tip text, contact details, relationship, and under-14 flag for review and contact.
- Private DB (PRIV): notification email and consent version for opening news and stop-updates handling.
- Public DB (DB): random account ID, founding-member nickname, cheer records, and admin action records. Email and Google sub are not stored in the public DB.
- Admin action records contain account ID, time, target, and non-sensitive detail for publish, close, withdraw, allocation, and payment-record actions.

2. Retention and destruction
- Reports we couldn't verify are deleted 30 days after receipt. We check once a day on any day the site gets a visit.
- Notification email is retained until you stop updates. Using Stop these updates on the confirmation screen deletes the address. To stop later, email us and we'll delete your address the same day.
- Account data is retained until account withdrawal. Request withdrawal at classicmate@classicmate.app.
- If a law requires a separate retention period, we retain the data for that period and publish the basis and period in this policy.
3. Processors and overseas transfer
- Original stories and contact details are not sent to external generative AI. Any future use will require de-identification and the applicable separate choice.
- Cloudflare, Inc. processes D1 database storage and public-page delivery. Its scope and period match the data table above and the retention periods in this policy.
- Any other third-party disclosure will identify recipient, purpose, items, and period and obtain separate consent when required.

4. Children and teenagers
- For anyone under 14, legal-guardian consent is verified and the child’s objection is respected.
- For ages 14 through 17, consent from both the person and a guardian is the default for story publication.
5. Rights and withdrawal
- You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension, consent withdrawal, and notification unsubscribe.
- After publication-consent withdrawal, we stop new posts and reuse on web, social media, and advertising channels we control and request cache removal. We cannot promise retrieval of every copy saved or shared by others.

6. Safeguards and contact
- We separate the private and public databases and show only approved pseudonyms and aggregates publicly.
- We do not send originals to external AI before removing identifiers and limit access to necessary staff.
